Illustrations
Mary has illustrated nine books with author Rich Stein (see their work at www.writeawayproductions.com), two more with Judy Bruns (www.judybruns.org), as well as her own writing primer, with two more of her own books in the works. She is the illustrator of six coloring books and a long list of covers and other work for books and magazines. A new project is a cartoon strip she draws for author Jean Schantz. Her illustrations for Stanley Reahard’s South Carolina memoir are going to press at this writing.
If you are thinking that the manuscript you’ve had in a shoebox for the last decade finally needs to see the light of day, but needs illustration, Mary can help. (If you plan to submit the book to a publisher for purchase, however, do not get illustrations, as these houses supply an illustrator if they buy your manuscript.) Mary‘s style is flexible, but consistently appealing, and she works in a wide variety of mediums. You know the grandkids have been begging you to put that story into a book for years -- go ahead and do it!
Pricing varies by project.
